The record is called "Guilty & Blue" titled after a song my Grandmother, Nona Piha, wrote over 38 years ago. The music crosses all genres and includes collaborations with: Jonathan Kingham, Michael Williams, Kristin Connell, Mycle Wastman, Felicia Loud, Rcurtis, Goodybagg, Christa Wells, my cousin Max Piha, Aunt Linda Smith, my father James M. Smith, Jr., etc.

Heartfelt thanks to Francine Reed for her special vocal appearance, lending her soulful voice to "Crazy" and "For Old Times."  Ms. Reed is one of the hottest R&B, gospel, jazz and blues vocalists today.  She has shared the stage with luminaries including Willie Nelson, Lyle Lovett, Miles Davis, Smokey Robinson, Etta James, and the Crusaders.
